"The content I've learned from Sami has helped me reduce my treatment time and actually improved my outcomes."

"As a new grad, I've been able to confidently treat 60 patients per week within 6 weeks of registration, based on what Sami taught me."

"Sami's insights into my complex cases have allowed me to achieve excellent outcomes, especially concerning the foot and lumbar spine."

"This is as real as Osteopathy gets. Sami loves being an Osteopath and wears it on his sleeve. You will learn Osteopathy, and he'll help you practice it."

"He has a passion for Osteopathy and that is evident in his courses. As someone who runs courses, I'm happy he's teaching, because we need more Osteos teaching the real stuff."

"From a business standpoint, he's built practices on the back of just solid, traditional Osteopathic treatment, and a lot of it. He has so many clinical nuggets, just from the sheer volume of patients he sees."
I'm an Osteopath & a clinician.
Still practicing, actually doing what I'm teaching.
Well over two decades of experience.
Treating over 150 patients per week for over 20yrs.
I've developed efficiency in treatment.
Consistent track record of achieving great results for patients.
Built & Grown 2 large practices based on fundamental Osteopathic treatment, and very sharp technique.
Mentored successful holistic Podiatrists, Chiropractors, Physios, and Osteopaths.
Everything I teach can be applied successfully straight away.
You'll walk away with access to the experience I've built.

Course Outline
Foundations: Principles to Practice (Why GOT exists)
Position GOT as a repeatable, whole-person framework (not a routine), grounded in osteopathic principles and “good medicine” thinking.
Osteopathic Principles Refresher (The lens you treat through)
Cover the four principles and how they guide decision-making: person-as-a-unit, self-regulation, structure–function, and rational treatment.
Clinical Reasoning Framework: Position vs Restriction
Teach how to interpret patterns: assess positions (where the body goes easily), treat restrictions (where it doesn’t), and use this to decide what matters today.
Safety, Screening, and Consent (Treat safely, especially with complexity)
Contraindications/precautions, red flags, trauma/surgery considerations, pregnancy considerations, neurovascular risk, plus consent/modesty and practitioner mechanics.
Systematic Assessment Process (What to check, in what order)
History, observation/posture & gait, TART as a prioritisation tool, joint mobility/palpation, and how to form a working hypothesis without overcomplicating it.
The GOT Treatment Sequence (Whole-body order + key regions)
Walk through the sequence and rationale: pelvis → feet/ankles → knees → hips → lumbar → thoracic/ribs → sternum/thoracic outlet → cervical → upper limb.
Technique selection principles (MET/mobilisation/HVLA/counterstrain/soft tissue) based on findings and tolerance.
Reassessment + Practical Integration (Confirm change, don’t over-treat)
How to recheck movement/ease, tenderness/tone, patient feedback, when to stop.
Hands-on pair-work structure: assess → 20-min GOT → reassess → feedback.

Course Outline
Orientation: The Rehab Revolution (What we’re doing and why)
Define rehab as planned adaptation (not a list of movements).
Set the aim: simple, effective, individualised rehab grounded in osteopathic philosophy and real-world outcomes.
Osteopathic Principles Applied to Rehabilitation
Learn the principles as direct applicant to the rehab plan and approach
The Scrutiny Test: What “Good Rehab” Looks Like
Promote regulation (stress/recovery/adaptation) and independence.
Prioritise repeatable standards and real-life applicability.
Clinical Reasoning Framework: Constraints, Dials, and Minimum Effective Dose
Identify the limiting constraint (skill, tolerance, ROM, recovery, belief).
Apply Minimum Effective Dose and progress only when earned.
Movement Patterns as the Foundation (Train patterns, not parts)
Use the “big rock” patterns: squat, hinge/deadlift, press, pull.
Teach standards, regressions, and progressions to keep work pain-free and repeatable.
Programming and Progression: Building Capacity Over Time
Stress–Recovery–Adaptation model as the engine of programming.
Default dosing logic (e.g., 3x5 as a baseline; 5x5 for learning/skill).
Special Populations + Practical Implementation (Make it work in real clinics)
Modify for women, masters, youth, pregnancy/postpartum, obesity/deconditioned, chronic pain/prior injury, in-season athletes, and medically complex patients.
Practical application: case examples, coaching cues, and take-home templates for immediate use.
Absolutely. Courses are very hands-on and filled with techniques that you will be able to apply straight away.
Because you will be partnered and expected to treat and be treated, it's best to wear attire that will give access the area of the body relating to the course you're doing.
Please understand that due to the nature of our courses, we incur costs far in advance prior to the commencement of each course e.g. venue hire, flights and accommodation. If you cancel your registration 4 weeks (28 days) or more prior to the commencement of the course, you will be eligible for a refund minus a 10% administrative fee. All cancellation correspondence must be made via email to [email protected]. Please understand that the time limit of 28 days will be strictly adhered to so as to have an acceptable standard that is fair to all of our users. Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to another course date at no extra charge within 12 months.
If you cancel your registration within 4 weeks (28 days) of the commencement of the course, you will be unable to receive a refund but may transfer your registration to another course date within 12 months.
In the event of any unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, Success in Practice reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course. If a course is canceled due to low enrolment, a full refund will be given. If a course is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances or events, Success in Practice will endeavour to re-schedule the course to a suitable later date. Otherwise, participants will receive first preference for places in any of our future equivalent courses. If the aforementioned circumstances occur, Success in Practice will endeavour to contact participants as early as possible.
Please note: Success in Practice is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation of a course other than the registration fee. E.g. travel costs will not be refunded.
If you have more than 3 people who wish to attend, we can work out a clinic package if feasible. Please contact [email protected] and let us know what you have in mind.
Whilst we ask that you don't share the course material, we do that because when it is taken outside of the context of the course experience, it's just anatomy and physiology on paper.
There are two things I would like for you to achieve in the courses.
Be able to apply the content the very next time you're in the clinic treating.
Improve your outcomes for patients.
So here's my promise to you! If you don't feel confident enough to apply these techniques as soon as you need them, and if your outcomes with patients don't improve within 3 months of applying course material, I'll happily refund your money, no questions asked.
